Squishy Clips use a Double-Teeth Design, meaning two rows of flexible teeth that hug your hair more securely without tugging at your roots.
It's a gentler, stronger, way-more-comfortable upgrade from the usual plastic ones.

Squishy Clips work for every hair type.
If your hair is thick or wavy, you'll get the best hold from our medium/larger clips (Halo & Classic).
If your hair is fine or thin, the medium or tiny size (Butterfly) will work better — it just depends on your hair length and the style you're going for.

Most of the time — yes.
Hair ties can pull on your roots, create tension, and leave creases.
A Squishy Clip holds your hair without tugging or squeezing, so it's much gentler on your strands (and on your scalp).

Absolutely — claw clips work great for fine or thin hair. The teeth can grip smaller sections easily, which helps prevent slipping throughout the day.
If your hair is on the finer side, you'll get the best hold with our medium (Classic) or small (Butterfly) sizes. They don't need as much space to grab on, so they stay put without pulling at your roots.
Squishy's soft, double-teeth design makes it even easier — it hugs fine hair gently and securely, without that sliding or pinching feeling.

If you have thick, full, or wavy hair, go for our medium/larger clips (Halo or Classic).
They have more depth and room, so they can scoop up all your strands without squeezing too tightly or slipping out.
If you love styles like a French twist or a full up-do, the extra space in the larger clips makes a huge difference — everything tucks in easier and actually stays where you put it.

We're a small team and pack each Squishy Claw with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.
During high-volume periods (like new drops or holidays), this may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience.

Shipping is always a flat $5 — no matter where you live.
After your order has been fulfilled, shipping fees are non-refundable.

We move fast. Once your order is placed, we begin prepping it quickly.
If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us right away.
We can’t guarantee we’ll catch it in time, but if we can — we definitely will.

If your package is delayed or missing, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it. We’ll work with the carrier to help track it down.
Please allow 5–7 business days for tracking numbers to update. We've seen longer-than-usual delays lately, and in many cases, tracking doesn't show movement until around the 7th day after your order is processed.

Sometimes carriers mark things as delivered a little early.
We recommend double-checking your delivery area, asking neighbors, or stopping by your local post office.

Unworn and unused products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit of the product cost. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, your return shipping is covered. If not, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or billed at checkout during the return process.

Our bad — so sorry! We do our best to make sure every order is packed just right, but mistakes can happen.
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we've got you covered — we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. If you didn’t, return shipping fees will apply.
To get started, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take care of you.

We gladly extend a 90-day warranty on all Squishy Claw products. This covers damage from reasonable, everyday use — like claw teeth breaking or hardware coming apart.
What's not covered: scratches on the spring, excessive breakage or damage due to misuse (think: being stepped on, chewed, or run over), or rust/discoloration caused by water exposure.
If the item you're replacing is out of stock, we'll offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit — your choice. Just reach out to us with your order number and a photo.
