What is your returns/exchange policy?

If your Squishy Claw arrives unused and in original condition, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit of the product cost. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. For exchanges, you’ll cover the shipping to send it to us — but don’t worry, we’ll cover the shipping back to you. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and whether you’re requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll send you the next steps from there.

What if something arrived missing or damaged?

Oh no — we’re so sorry! If your order arrives with something missing or damaged, contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll get everything sorted right away.

Please note:

  • Items must be clean, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item shows visible wear, misuse, or damage.
